⛔️ Cut-off Times – L Distance
1️⃣ Swim cut-off
(or first run for duathlon) + T1
⏳ 1h15 after the start
→ Athletes must have completed the swim (or first run for duathletes) and exited T1 within this time limit.
2️⃣ Swim + Bike + T2 cut-off
⏳ 7h15 total race time
→ This corresponds to an average of around 15 km/h on the bike section.
→ Athletes must have completed the bike and exited T2 within this time limit.
3️⃣ Additional cut-off – Espiaube
📍 Climb towards Col du Portet
⏳ You must pass the Espiaube checkpoint before 15:15.
→ If you don’t make it in time, you may continue the race but without climbing to the Col du Portet.
🚨 A time penalty will then be applied, equivalent to the time of the last athlete who completed the Espiaube – Portet – Espiaube section.

🎟 COMPETITION PASS
The FFTRI competition license is mandatory to participate.
✅ If you hold an FFTRI competition license → No pass required.
❌ If you are not an FFTRI license holder → The Competition Pass is mandatory.
The Competition Pass provides civil liability and personal accident coverage on race day.
Cancellation of Participation
A Cancellation Pack is available for €20. No refund will be issued to anyone who has not purchased the Cancellation Pack.
It allows you to receive a full refund of your entry fee up to 20/06/2026 (June 20, 2026) and to transfer your bib to an athlete of your choice, subject to the applicable registration terms and fees.
Registration cannot be transferred to a future edition.
